What is Your App Cloud?

Is the building assistant the same as an agent in my app?
The building assistant helps create your app. An agent inside an app works on a task for its users. Give that agent relevant context, available actions and a clear review process.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains are a Pro feature. Follow the domain instructions in your workspace, then check the address and the app’s access rules before sharing it.
How do I improve a published app?
Make a focused change, review the result and publish the intended version. Test the main journey again, especially when changing records, permissions or connected services.
What should I include in a support request?
Describe what you expected, what happened and which app or page was involved. Include the relevant error and time if available. Do not include passwords or secret keys.
How do I choose models or an agent?
Start with a useful task: understanding a document, creating media, having a voice conversation or preparing a next step. Check the available capabilities and usage for your account, and review the results.
How do I protect information in my app?
Decide which information is public and which belongs to particular accounts. Check permissions for records, files and agent actions. Test with different users before sharing private information.
