Do I need to know how to code?

You can start in plain language. Describe what someone should be able to do, bring useful examples, and ask for changes as you try the result. The clearer the purpose and context, the easier it is to shape a useful experience.

Can I create an agent as well as an app?

Yes. Start with a task and the information the agent should use. An app can give you a place to request that work and review its results, while the agent helps work through the steps with the context you provide.

Can I use my own documents and images?

Your material can give an app or agent useful context. Describe how the files should be organized, who should see them, and what someone should be able to do with them. Review the result using examples from your own work.
